I hope this isn't a re-post, I looked around and couldn't find it, and I for sure couldn't let this one go unseen!

The emperor has no clothes, that thing is an abortion. I would hate to see the judges that used the word clever to describe any part of that mess.

I dig it. pretty original yet maintains some of the original character. Some powdercoat on that swingarm and a good headlight to finish up the build would be in order

There's a reason that bike is so funky - as noted in the description, that bike was one of the entries at the Dirtbag Challenge here in SF last weekend. Won "Cleverest" Bike" - been meaning to post some of the photos I snapped of it. Lots of interesting bikes.

Not familiar with the Challenge? Links to photo galleries and more info:

Lane-splitting on that is gonna be a problem, so that rules me out.

That neck angle looks like it would snap right off, and have about a half mile turning radius. Leave an opinion on the looks to myself.

sweet baby jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 that was the initial reaction as welll as WTF is up with the turn signals .....not a good lane splitter as the seller noted....that thing has got to be loud as all get out!!!!!!!!!! now for the positive........I like the risk he took.... granted it does appear that one good bump and the front end would snap right off, It shows that the builder isn't afraid to step out of the box on this one.. I think he was going for the WOW factor and he got exactly that.. now if it were my build would have set the mega phones more towards the frame giving it a not so wide profile and the light set up as well would come in with in the lines of the bike. I applaud the builder for his vision of what he wanted ...but next time do it to a Kawasaki ...LOL

Ok, that was one minute of my life spent looking at that, that I'll never get back.

Soooo...the challenge is to build a bike in under a month for less than one thousand dollars....

Well, that looks like thats pretty much what happened.

I can't wait till they try to build a bike in under a week for less than two hundred fifty.

It looks somewhat similar to a bike I built once out of a crashed Honda when I was 18yrs old and broke. I recall wondering why no one, even my friends, ever said a word about how it looked. I now know thats because they were friends.
