Hi, Can anyone please let me know the oil weight I need and the quantity required when I change the front fork oil seals on my 1983 Honda VF750R interceptor?

    Kind regards

Well I just did mine about 3 weeks ago, and used ATF (thats what the manual says), it's a sticky issue. Seems to work fine, but there is fork oil.

    Per Clymer VF750 - Right Fork 360cc or 12.2 U.S oz
    Left Fork 380cc or 12.9 U.S oz

It says you can use a baby bottle for the cc, I just used the wifes measuring cup....its all I had and she was gone!
