    You would have to sweettalk someone on one of these forums out of theirs. The Ohlins VFR shocks prior to 2002 have been discontinued by Ohlins...

    Ohlins Rear Shock problem - no clearance for clevis bolt

    That looks like a TTX style shock in the pic provided, but all the shocks currently made for the VFR800 are Conventional Type 46 Series.
