I have an '87 700F2. I've heard of folks repairing and painting them, but mine is pretty rough I'd just as soon replace it.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to find one? New, used, aftermarket?

    Thanks

    Hi.

If u intend...back seat cowl, (solo seat look), or back seat plastic or fibergl.cover,
I've been told there's a guy on ebay who's selling them unpainted.
But here in Italy it's possible to get one for 70 euros. Anyway, this ebay seller is vfrchuck@bright.net, if u happen to get an answer...
    Good luck!

as far as i know they are. and i think most have the holes already pre drilled. haven't had the need for one myself . . .

if you do go with chuck crites let us know how the process went and how the product works out. i've heard only good things about his plastics.

Yeah, pocketbook is hurting getting through the holidays, but after that I will most likely be looking to work with Chuck. And actually his work is hand layed fiberglass instead of plastic/ABS.
