    Hi all,

First post here, I'm trying to replace the grips on my '87 vfr700. The right grip is standard size, but the left grip measures to 3-3/4". I'd rather not cut a brand new pair of grips, do they make grips in this length? Or is there a set of grips that're designed to cover the cut section with a bar end?

Let me know, once again this is my first post, hopefully first of many!

On the 86/87 VFRs the bar weight becomes part of the end of the handlebar. But you can find 120mm grips if you need shorter.

I don't have the factory bar weight, do you know where I could find bar ends like that?

Ebay? Use your air compressor with a blow stick to "blow" on new grips. Peace
