    Hi to the VFR gang, just bought my first VFR and will be taking delivery on Thusday 15th April
    Looking forward to the experience and sharing some pictures and stories on here, as well as asking loads of questions and help posts (sorry)
    But Hi to everyone on Here and hope to connect with more people as time passes, I am always open to advice as we don't know it all

    VFR800 VTEC ABS, a little old but definatley good, has a few mods, gear indicator, after market pipes, can't wait to get out and try it, i will be posting Pics on Thursday when it gets here

    Looks like the previous owner has already added a good few extras to a bike which was very well equipped to start with including ABS and linked brakes. That is definitely not a stock screen - I looks like a mirror finish tinted double bubble screen and those tip over bungs can be a useful add on as these bikes have a bit of a reputation for taking an unplanned nap...

    I like the idea of a gear indicator - I have more than once been looking for that mythical 7th gear... however you may also want to think about adding at least a voltmeter as the charging system is the achillees heel on these bikes - or just swap out that crap RR with a decent Shindengen RR which is what Honda really should have fitted...
