i see that your choke lever isn't hooked up but ought to be. riders often claim their carbs are clean when they aren't. idle speed adjusting screw must be set right, not too much or too little. dija check for sparks on all 4 cylinders and for low battery voltage ? idle mixture screws should be set at between 1 1/2 and 2 3/4 turns out. inspect sparkplugs for color and gap. try jumping the battery with one from a car (not running).

Yes all 4 cylinders have nice bright spark!
It ran before with the choke not hooked up!

despite what you say, the choke must be working to start properly unless the bike is already warmed up.

I'd say Colddevil and Squirrelman are correct. But will add my 2 cents...

    1) If it runs when you put fuel down the carb throats, then for some reason you have a fuel supply issue
    2) If your feeding the Carb directly from an auxiliary tank bypassing the fuel pump, and it still wont start and run then you either need to reconnect your choke or have another look at how clean those carbs really are
    3) When you cleaned the carbs did you remove and clean ALL the jets (including the slow speed Idle jets - -the ones with the flute holes in them). Did you remove the mix screws and blow out all the passageways ?, How far did you disassemble each carb ? Did you avoid spraying carb cleaner into the carb with while rubber diaphragms were still installed ? (it will turn them to goo).

You may not need "all new" you can try just cleaning all the jets, needles, seats, passages etc.

^^ he's right. just clean them by poking a steel wire (,010") through idle jets and blowing out mixture screw passages.

dija check the float level adjustments ?

new carb kits won't always cure things and may be a waste. again, you're just throwing parts at it and hoping for the best.

you start by reading the honda service manual first thing. without studying that you're sure to screw things up and make no progress. probably need no changes to float level adjustment if it ran ok before, and it's not something to fool with unless you understand it completely.

Don't worry, once you start working on these you get to figure out the carbs fairly fast ... LOL

Seems odd that one clogged jet would cause the bike to not start at all, normally you'd get one cyl not running but the other 3 would be fine. Did you happen to hook the choke back up as well ?
