Repairing some broken plastic, thought I had all the parts I needed .... but I was wrong.

Anybody have a left rear turn signal lens assembly for a '94 VFR?
    Part number: 33656-MZ7-671

Not available online anymore, hoping someone has one I can buy, otherwise I'll have to jury rig something.

Not much easier to find, but you can run the 1990 - 93 red lenses as turn signals until you find the amber one.

Agree, and I have a line on that solution via another channel.

Try to google "Boonstra" motorcycle parts. They are in England I think? They have remans of the 4th gen amber turn signals. $36. But shipping will be $20.

I'm going to guess that's a "right" because the flat part that "wraps around" is on the bottom.

Thanks, but I did finally find what I was looking for. I found some *red* bulbs from someone in Canada who had swapped out his red for amber back in the day, to do the turn signal conversion on a '90-'93 VFR. So my turn signal bulbs are red now, oh well.

That's excellent news!! I don't need any now, but if they'd had them a few years ago, I'd have bought. Hopefully I won't ever need any, but if I do...

I bought one of the Boonstra reproductions recently, rather than try to polish one of my originals. I found a new genuine Honda light for the other side.

It's an OK product if you really need one, but the hole for the light socket is poorly shaped and the socket isn't tightly held. The lens corner at the top by the taillight isn't quite right, so there's a small gap. The bulb/reflector housing is black instead of the original orange, so I think the lens, when not lit, looks slightly darker. The screw hole in the mounting tab is located about 1/4" off, actually I think the tab is off, so you have to drill a new hole close to the edge of the tab and wedge the speednut into place.

    3/10. For emergency use only.
