Cylinder head and cam cap torque specs 1986 VF500F?

    I'm replacing head gaskets on a 1986 VF500F. Can someone check the manual for the head torque specs please? I don't have a manual.

    I need the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts, Cylinder head nuts, and camshaft cap bolts

    Everything else I can just tighten by feel. I've got the heads, tensioners, and cams/caps installed, I just need the torque specs.

    I thought I should mention that I looked through the stickies and tried google, I can't find a link to Clymer or Factory manuals. Lastly, I really appreciate your effort if you post these specs for me and hopefully this post will become a google result for the next guy.
