That sounds similar to what our State government was doing last year. Bikes had to have a compliance label on the exhaust or you would get fined....

I'm frequently getting over 400km from a full tank on my '00, it went onto reserve tonight at 355-360km. Bike is stock except for a Staintune pipe.
