Manual tensioners are only good if set properly ,fit honda auto ccts . Or swap it for a 5th gen and listen to the whine.

I replaced mine with one off ebay £30. Mines got 4 wires coming out of it but there's some listed with 3 wires , check that.
60k is nothing really, I'd find out where the leak is, fix it and keep on enjoying the 5th gen. Get the system pressure tested and go from there.
