you do not have to swap the forks for the F2 wheel conversion...take a look at the link posted earlier..he sells the parts for using the F2 wheels...
Its the F2 wheels that are an easy swap...the forks themselves do not work on the VF/VFR. They are too short compared to the stock forks.
