I have the hotcams set up. No problems with it at all, very complete set. Little expensive but seems to be quality parts.
I would tend to agree with you, mine has 23K on the odometer and original R/R. I've been recently considering replacing it before it goes on me...

Mine had around 20k when the carbs were pulled. Here is the part number 16211-MT4-000 for the carb insulators. Ten bucks each x 4 + shipping....

Looks like you're missing the left side "wing" near the gear selector lever. Also the kickstand cover. Love my 90 with just under 20K miles....
