MotoBatt makes excellent batteries. I tend to get 6-8 years out of their AGMs, which is nothing to sneeze at.
HH means "street". They will be similar to OEM in most cases. I much prefer the Honda pads to EBC.
And a bit like tire sizes...oil weight doesn't' really ring true. 10W isn't always 10W like another brand. And when it is cold/warm...still more...
I don't know about the VFR, but my CB-1 has a resistance spec for the fuel pump. Don't ask how I know.
