Chain wax for me. I literally never have to clean the chain. It stays perfectly clean. I just reapply new wax right on top of the old wax....

turn key, pull down on lever behind lock, lift up the rear of the seat slightly, then pull the whole seat towards the rear.
Maybe you could re-route the brake lines to put the foot brake to the front? Stainless braided brake lines for sure.

I don't know if this is even possible but it appears that running dry did indeed take out my fuel pump and probably the relay also. I bypassed...
I dashed home to put some gas in the tank but the bike still would not run. I will have to do some troubleshooting tonight. I hope I didn't burn...
I found out the hard way that my low fuel light doesn't work and there is still quite a bit of gas left in the tank when you run out. ;)...
