thanx for the info mate, cant work on my own engine as the barrel is split in 3 places
i want to ride mate, but at minute cant afford to buy anything else
jus wish could get engine sorted for me vf

i have mine totally stripped tryin to restore prob finding engine from my neck o woods lol and it cost fortune to bring one from usa

i have engine 3 dropped valves melted piston and split bore in two places
i have complete 500 but cant get engine 4 it over here
am quite handy wud it be lot o wrk
can anyone tell me if engine from vf750 would fit in my vf500
