I believe the factory setting for the rear shock is 2 (2nd lowest) notch, and 1/2 turn out on preload. Front is 2-1/2 groves showing.
I have a Zero Gravity ST and love it. The double bubble seems to be a popular one here too. I almost went that way but wanted a little taller...
