Just bend or break of the bottom tabs. Did mine and they work fine. There is an adapter you can buy, but you don't need it.

mestoo, I had the GenMars and now have HeliBars. The HeliBars are not only taller but also come back closer to you than stock.
You should not be using any oil. 30k is nothing on these motors if properly maintained. Check the oil level on the center stand on a level...
