I get 14.4-14.5 on mine just installed last month with a new MMG Lithium Ion battery. They are pretty darned good at keeping the voltage steady.
I disconnected the PAIR system & my missing & idle fluctuations STOPPED COMPLETELY. Idles rock solid at 1200 now.
I would definitely invest in a voltage meter & keep an eye on your voltage. That's the best indicator of R/R gone bad.

I bought the MMG Lithium Ion & have noticed the same thing. Rock solid 14.4-14.5 volts at all RPMs.
