Just get them from Honda. They last about 35,000m, you need the gasket as well.

yes - the 'spacers' are sometimes a different size and require fitment in the correct place. As long as the callipers fit correctly you are fine.

if you are looking for a lift then the Skylift does get my recommendation - but its not cheap.
If you have a centre stand then arguably you don't need a lift ! Don't get me wrong, I have 9 stands including the abba skylift but why buy one...
