Agree with that, mbe some kind of stainless shoulder bolt or possibly a Allen screw bolt/washer/tube or standoff piece + rubber boot combination...
Probolt stuff is awesome! I am using some titanium bolts (makes it go faster :D) on my front fender and have used in various spots...
It doesnt look like a complete assembly # exists.... If you look at a 2001 5th gen VFR fische, its the same bike and all the part are still...

I'm running a LiFePo4 battery for the last 5 years. I like it. It doesn't need charging and all you need to do is bring it in for the winter....

Since the 8th gen is not a linked system and has the standard setup, my suggestion is to grab 10 feet of 3/8" plastic hose from Lowes and figure...
