the one thing to ask for is valve adjustment where they done on time oil changes coolant services carb cleanings over heating issues etc... i paid...

better springs, from where i dont know yet i am looking for them myself..
the top end oiling mod is not needed on the 500's there do not have a oiling issue its the valve springs that causes problems (dropped vavles)...
the center stand has alot of free play in it i would just remove it before it starts rubbing the tires which might cause a worse situation

that little bit of the pad not contacting the rotor wont hurt a thing, you should see how close my tire is! as for the chain gaurd throw it out...
