its a 14mm for the 500
the plugs are dry.. they arent soaked from fuel after you try to crank it. i'd say your not getting fuel into the cylinders
but his problem is he cant get the carrier to seat all the way.
try looking at some of the CBR's before they went to inverted forks.. thats cool man i still got it so if you want it just say the word..

take the crush drives out of the 500 wheel and put them into the CBR wheel see if this works or helps
