Top Gear tried this a couple of years ago. Had to be going over 200 mph to beat it. Since a VFR tops out at 155, I don't think it would happen....
pro grips here as well. Typically remove the bar ends, cut off the old ones, and I (don't flame me here) use brake cleaner as the lube to get it...
