How many miles do you have 18,000 ? If so that's very low for cam chain tensioners, however it is possible. And it's fairly easy to fix too.
I'd start with stuck float & go from there. Did you bench test them - connect to fuel bottle & fill up the carbs WHILST NOT CONNECTED to the bike?
