I went to 7w bulbs on the rear of my DR and they flash faster. LEDs on the front of the VFR and it flashes fast too but don't know the wattage....
That's true for the carbon canister shown in one of his photos. The other photos are of the PAIR system which injects fresh air into the exhaust....
