okay, thank you VERY much for clearing this up! so. its the air mixture screw on the side of the carburetor ? is that also called a "pilot" screw??
they are turned in snug. take them off to remove the bowls so I can access the pilot "jet" ?
it says 2 1/2 turns out... should have really done that the first time I was already in there?
