ive been there, ya know :cool: anybody with these bikes has been bitten by bad fuel pumps or relays or r/r's often more than once.
test the pump by blocking the outlet hole w your thumb to see if clicking stops. if it doesnt, suspect internal valve damage or a clogged tank...
idle jets arent clean, probably all thats wrong. if u left gas in carbs during storage (instead of draining bowls) its very likely the idle jets...
the wood pucks must reduce heat transfer into the brake fluid u'd guess.
