There are those who do not restore these bikes to showroom (read: excellent) condition. Rather, solid reliable runners that look decent but are...
How about the increasing rarity of these bikes? Isn't that worth something?
Wth-
They pressure checked it & painted mine also.
Took mine to a rad. shop. $50 bucks; they said it was pretty funky. I think it was worth it in time alone.
That is how I last did it. I think it's easier.
I would consider having to push one in those circumstances as under duress. Not a normal situation.
There is one in the files section of the VF500 FB group.
Nervous about pushing a bike-? Why you think that?
Is it the starter solenoid clicking? Maybe a poor connection? Loose, corroded or oxidized.
Nah, everyone has done it. If anyone states otherwise they are telling a fib. :facts: Do not be deterred.
Microsw. looks easily broken off; has it lasted?
They surely are. I'll take the R. :)
True, although no VFR500 exists that I've ever heard of.
I tend to think of it as one...
Well that sucks. Have you measured the batt. voltage yet?
Tried that; wasn't worth the effort & cost. If you try it I hope it works for you. I bought these. Worked fine & appeared to be exact replicas....
That 500 might become your favorite if you keep riding it.
Looks like it has Supertrapps on it.
Whoops, forgot it's there also.
