Hello - do you have multimeter? At least check Volts directly at the battery - idle and 5000 rpm....its 5 minutes of checking tops....
In short, no not good. You need to do the charging system test per the link in the previous post..... something is amiss...

The bike is essentially a strip it and refurbish, so its gonna take a bunch of wrenching and labor and bucks to bring it up to OK running...
