I second the Sargent seat. It's the best money I have ever spent on my bike, period. I can ride for 5 hours, get off the bike and no monkey...

Low sided my CBR954 last year at about 30 mph. No rash except were the jacket rubbed my arm and it wasn't bad. Slightly separated shoulder....
