The voltage A/C from the stator is 24v on one yellow wire, 20v in the middle and 18v on the other one?
One yellow wire reads 25v AC, one is 20v and the other is 18v is this good?

So there is power coming from the stator to the r/r when I put the lead for my meter on the red wire out of the r/r it really @#%!s up my meter?...
