Another update. I changed the plugs today. Old ones were Iridiums and very sooty! I also turned the pilot screws in a turn to 2 1/2. Seems to run...
She's running! Started right up! Obviously could use some tuning. ;) Fuel is hooked directly to carbs so next step will be to go through the fuel...
