Dude ----- Not gonna work - on the '98 the swingarm mounts to the engine. On the '93 frame the swing arm mounts to the frame. BIG difference.

Tink - the crimp on connectors look close to a Delphi Metri-Pack style. A big maybe is look at these 2 vendors... Delphi Packard electrical...
From your photos - it looks like the bike already has a Staintune exhaust on it. - some close up photos would help.....
Got a multimeter? To start, check voltage bike off, idle and 5000 rpm at the battery. -If you need to dig deeper I can help with that.
