use book o find which componens are on dad fuse and unplug all, den plug each in o find which blows fuse.
zero fuel flow unless pump is running, so no need for shu-off de pe-cock.

test by jumping terminals on the starter relay, and test start pushbutton with meter at it's plug.

assuming no air leaks (????) maybe a too high fuel level in carbs ? leaky float needle ?
