Just remove the speed sensor and check the coupler and that it is mated to the ootput shaft bolt. Hooker. Picture shmicture.
Check the coupler to the speed sensor, mine backed off once before and did the same thing.
It is a great look for the 6th gen, surprised more people do not run it with that set up.
My bike used to do that when it was new as well, bumped the idle a bit.

No not really, first is sooo tall as it is that slow traffic and parking lot maneuvering is already difficult enough.
A 750 radiator is the same animal but that is where it ends. Good luck with your hunt, hopefully someone here will be able to help you oot.
