Someone suggested--and i agree--that you simply MUST run a compression test on the engine b4 putting ANY more money into it.
Replace the rad cap first thing. Seals crack and spring weakens over time so it won't hold pressure. See if you can rent or borrow a pressure...

Capped fitting means Cali emissions are on that bike. Other similar fittings must be capped too.
