Washers usually end up somewhere harmless, like at the bottom of the oil pan, no real need to remove since they stay there happily without moving....

If rubbing noise seems greatest at one spot and the wheel usually stops there, you could have a warped rotor, but a slight scuffing noise is normal.

Not to worry ! Unless your engine is modified, the stock coils and wires work fine. Original wires are solid core with resistor end caps....
There are a total of 4 bearings on rear wheel assembly. One on each side of wheel and 2 in sprocket carrier hub.

The split spring-loaded gear is NOT likely the problem unless you see broken springs, and that part has never been reported to fail.....at least...
Numbers refer to inlet hole size, therefore max fuel flow rate into carb.
