According to the JT Sprockets website the 84 VF1000F Interceptor from the US call for: Front: 17 Rear: 43 Chain: 530/110 JT Sprockets: Catalogue
I Average about 39-41 MPG on my VF500. That's with +1 on the rear sprocket, and a much needed Carb clean and synch.
Okay....so first thing is getting the Carrier in the wheel...and since using a mallet or my body weight won't make it go in any further, it must...

The old stuff came out fine...Just removed the Nut....tapped the Axle out with a mallet and pulled 'n' twisted the axle out the rest of the way
Or the Swing Arm has been modified/Damaged in some way.
If the parts are correct then there has to be something else wrong. I spent 2 days on this install and with the Chain Adjusters there isn't...
