if the synch screw for the front pair doesn't work to align throttle plates something may be seriously bent or improperly assembled.:oops:
bottom line is how does the bike run and will it reach a decent top speed ?
don't rush your painter as he will blame you for any rushed imperfections :(
it's important not to overfill the reservoir and to leave some air space above the fluid level.

those same parts were used on dozens of carbed hondas over many years so try finding them from K&L supply. aftermarket, but made in japan quality.
