Winterized bike last July with relatively new battery. Had to charge it yesterday which makes sense given the freezing winter and time. Bike started and ran for 5 minutes. Today battery not strong enough to start bike so put back on charger. Hour later the trickle indicator was green - turned key and... nothing. Only thing on is the clock. No instruments/lights/etc. Left manual in the city. Help! ;). Thanks folks.

I hope you checked the kill switch?
Also check the ground on the blue/grey connector behind the left fairing.

Besides that, do you have a multimeter to perform measurements?

Take the battery somewhere and get it load tested before you do anything.

Did you winterize the bike in July in the USA? Even in Alaska I would imagine that July would be a bit early to winterize your motorcycle.

I second NorcalBoy's recomendation - to charge the battery out of the bike then have it load tested.
