I just came across this on ebay:
And it's mine now.
I'm planning on making a mold and reproduce some. It has a real nice fit. And you could still use the original rearlight. Licenseplate lighting needs some work on the plastic, but nothing big. And fitting indicators somewhere isn't that difficult so I didn't even bother with looking at how that works out.
I found a new source for fairings. Don't know about the quality of the products, but at least it's an other supplier.
Just wished I found this before I bought several banged-up panels to fix them......
Ive got some tails fairings lowers and such if you are in need. 407-222-9515
Ive got original and glass cosmetics for 86-88 vfr750. Along with electrical and whatever. 407-222-9515
First product out off the mold which a friend of mine made for me. Only 1860 gram. Nice weight reduction. He can also make them out of carbon. But for now no longer a problem getting a seatunit for my trackbike. Needs a bit of sanding here and there, but I can't complain really, nothing major. He will try and further perfect the mold so it's smoother. We also worked out a price at which both of us are happy to produce and sell a seatunit. For €200,- ex shipping we make you one.
Also dropped off a headlight and top fairing to make a 'numberplate' which will bolt on to the windscreen bolts on the top and headlight bolts at the bottom. And off course if you want to you can fibre glass it in. Doesn't need to be pretty on the inside. More on that later.
Moore speed racing is the cheapest non race fairing that I have found in my many many hours of searching
Dredging up an old thread here. What's currently the best place to find fairings & front cowl for an 86 VFR 750?
