I just ordered my 2007 Red/White/Blue Interceptor today. The first thing I'm going to do when I get it, is to gear it down (+2 on the rear). The second thing is to pick up a used set of rims and powdercoat them white so that it will look like my '86 VFR750F! For me, the extra $500 is worth it.

    LOVE the R/W/B scheme!

It was the original back in '86 that I fell in love with and why I have the current ride.

To me, the red just looks to mainstream like so many other bikes these days.
    Each to their own though!

i'm totally loving the RWand B, retro cool is so in at the moment although the silver looks the best (not that i'm biased you understand lol) i did concider the candy red, but in the end i think silver/black/blue will look better for longer.

I really like the Rothman Racing/1st Generation paint scheme. Would definitely benefit from white wheels with more spokes like those on the RC30.

jb, you are sooooo right about the Rothman Racing colors. That color scheme and the RC30 colors are my all time favorites. Of course if Honda factory forced a NR750 into my garage I guess I would be content to accept slut-red again.
Years ago (might have been 1992) at Laguna Seca track in California, Honda exhibited the new NR750 on a rotating platform. Luckily I had my film movie camera and made a short film, up close, of the NR750 rotating. The Honda exhibitors had to pry me off the bike while I was hugging it. It was lust...at first sight!

I share those same feelings towards the RC45-style,technology,handling, and exotic.Forget the fact that is uncomfortable and the motor and gearing not particularly user-friendly.This is the EXOTIC that led me to pursuing the VFR,and is the one bike I would love to share my garage with.

Maybe I'm an old fart...or maybe just a guy who can appreciate the classics, but I think it looks great. The lines and body styling are definitely up to date without looking like an insect (like the new yamaha's and Susucki's). Mines still cooler.

I appreciate the retro color scheme. Takes me back to the first time a VFR took my breath away...

Needs something in that white field. Otherwise, looks kind of cheap.

    Love Red White & Blue!!

That sweet thing makes me reminisce of the days when my hormones were running amok and I would have killed myself on that sweet early 80's Interceptor. In fact that R/W/B paint almost makes me want to trade my sweet sexy yellow '00; almost!

Hate the Blue and whatever colors - Make it Black, White, Silver and Red with a super gloss and a metal flake option- do a anniversary Edition in white with Gold trimming. Or else why don't they just ask people. Good thing a VFR looks good in any color ;0)

Honda needed to throw on some Marchise wheels in the magnisuim gold as an option. shoot while they were at it throw on some Ohlins too, other wise I'm with either a light silver raw metal look, or white, all I know is it's way to dark in the wheel area.

r/w/b is good, now if they could get the red on top. Now that would be the way my first interceptor was

My local dealer just got their first rwb in. It looks great in person. The metallic/pearl makes the bike and brings out the red stripes well. The top of the tank has a 25th Anniversary Interceptor badge that I havn't seen in the photos before. I wasn't 100% sure it would be my next bike until I saw it in person.

    Sounds super sweet!

Like the 06 VFR, until I saw one in person I figured it would be boring black but actually had metallic in it and looked nice in person. You didn't take a pic to post did you? (of the 25th Annniv Badge)

    R/W/B Colour Scheme

Being the owner of an '86 750, the paint job looks perfect.

I didn't get the pic of the tank badge, I'll try this week when they are open if the new owner hasn't picked it up yet.
