Ok, I am officially declaring the 2010 VFR the Predator ( I don't care if Polaris already used it )

I think if my 5g can be called Klingon, then I must be on to something here...

Pff nothing deceptive about it, guess Honda wanted to go after the FJ and certain BMWs. Oh well it is what it is. love it or hate it, seems to be the way Honda's are these days. I still need to see it and ride one before I make a final decision. but no, Predator it ain't Sorry Reg, you can do better, try again.

Are you so sure, surely it's deceptive on a few levels ?

    Is the VFR1200 a:

    1) v4, 3 cylinder or IL2 or all of them ?

    2) a Sportstourer bike or sportsTourer?
Think Honda has aimed it at both sides of the equation and means to not only beat the 'Busa, ZX-14r and K1300S but also aims to steal sales from the likes of the GSXR1000 at one end and have a go at the FJR1300 and K1300GT on the other ?

    3) a manual or automatic, neither or both ?

    4) Then lastly the looks, check out the Headlight and surrounds, does it or does it not look like a Transformer you be the judge.

OK if not " Decepticon " How about " Transformer " then ?

How about "XX" as in: we took the headlight off of the TRX700XX and fit it on a bike? Compare the full on front views of both the 1200 (still not sure it's a vfR yet) and the trx700xx.

If the tank was any bigger the wet weight would have easily soared well past the rather portly 600lbs with the 4.9. My suspicion is it was driven by marketing.

    trx700xx?

Front on it looks a bit goofy like a cross between a Disney Bugs Life & Car movie character.
