Theres something rotten in Denmark too. Bad Lutefisk maybe?

M'thinks what this boy needs is one of those new ZX-10R's and a sugar tit.

Well OK, if you really feel that way. What's it run ya for a valve adjustment for your 999. Does it get 50mpg?

So what are your thoughts on say my 1953 Velocette 350 Scrambler.

Hondas new Crossover official Vid, strange they found it more important to make a "Creative" ad then to demonstrate the machine.

Thanks for the video, are you sure that was not a Sherwyn Williams comercial?

Smart marketing. Create a buzz and curiosity about the product. Smart ad and probably part of a larger campaign. I'm curious how you would have them demonstrate the product on video commercial and have it stand out over the competition? In the truck market we have a rash of Ford, Chevy, and Dodge commercials showing their pickups towing stupid loads up stupid flaming props with swinging battle axes. Kinda gay really but towing a trailer down the freeway just isn't interesting TV and isn't any different from what the public sees every day.

You may have a point about it being part of a larger compain and forgive me for not being attracted to soft crayony textures but as advertisements go think belows basic Honda motorcycle ad teachs its intended market more about its features and demonstrates how they benefit them in the real world.

With my first kid on the way, I'm way excited about crayons.

That second ad was good too for the reasons you said. But the ads are targeting different audiences and therefor using different styles. You don't use the same style commercial to sell Special K cereal as you use for Captian Crunch even though they are both breakfast. I can see your point and both could work in this case but personally I don't give the 1st commercial a fail.

Thanks for the response, good chatting!

don't you worry it will not be sold in the states, I would like to see a dyno sheet on it to see if honda messed w/ the VTEC.
I would think they would lower the RPM that is opens the other 2 valves

Whoooweee, another of those "It won't be sold in the states" lines of BS.

I think I'll whine to Honda and maybe they'll let me sit on one and make vroom-vroom noises. I promise if this happens to submit a full report on the condition of my ass ASAP.

Thankee Jesus for Canada where God has decreed these bikes will be sold.

What exactly is it that makes this bike "new"?

    EDIT: I like both ads.

I was under the impression that although this engine is based on the 6th Gen VFR800, it does not have VTEC. Can anyone confirm?

If I interpret the ads correctly, one will be able to ride the bike through solid walls in Pakistan.

No, no, no. The Pakistan one drives past :censored: at gaspumps but stops for chicks in crosswalks. It also splashes through puddles.
