A couple of pics from my ride through VA last Sunday

It was hotter'n Hades!

I rode up to Arlington to pick up a set of Joe Rocket leathers (pants/jacket that zip together for a full suit) & ended up buying a pair of winter/water resistant pants. I didn't plan properly & didn't have room for the second set of pants, so I ended up wearing them in the 95-degree heat~

I ended up riding 8 hours through the VA countryside as I-95 was a parking lot. It was GREAT!! Went from Fredericksburg up highway 1 to Arlington, saw another red viffer 800 in Alexandria headed north on 1 when I was on my way back south....any one from here?

From there, went about 2 miles on i-95 & got off then went back roads down to Culpepper, then east on 3 past Fredericksburg & took 2 south for a while, meandering around some of the side roads. There are some GREAT little 3-digit state routes in Caroline County.
