I painted the lower fork legs in the metallic and reassembled everything. Once the frame gets finished I'll install them.

I need those header pipes Captain 80's as I want to put those on before putting on the swingarm or anything else that gets in the way to access the header bolts.

Surface rust and grime of course. NOTHING even close to corrosion that is at risk of making the chamber thin in areas. All gasket / clamp tangs are un-buggered. Metal gaskets on the header pipes are intact. Some bottoming-out scrapes, but not crushed or ground thin.

I had two chambers, they were pretty identical in "patina". If you want anymore pictures, let me know.

Nice build! I may have a muffler or 2 laying around, if Cap'n 80's does not,

They do have a few scars on them.

    Thanks Jim and Captain 80's,
I'll take what you have Captain 80's. Let me know what to do next.

Jim, I'm not looking for stock mufflers . I will be using some accessory performance slip-on

I will package up as compact as possible, but safely. I'm pretty good at it. PM the shipping address. It will be USPS.

I would use some modern stainless clamps on the collector. Do you need the collars at the head? They weren't in this box.

Oh... And I'm thinking a sixer and a gallon of gas plus shipping. So... $43 plus ship?

    Hah!

    20$ plus ship sound ok?
