Best idea I've heard yet! Take a couple of pics and ride one of the best Motorcycle roads in the nation "NF-25 & Curly Creek" I think Reg is coming in the latter part of August so it would be great if we could work around those dates...

Sounds like a great idea. How about the World GP that's going to be @ Indy in September. We're planning on a group of us from Ohio going. It would be awesome to have a group from all over.:rambo:

For the West Coast i think it should be Lake Tahoe. Great roads and tons of activities within an hour of he lake. I can exchange my time share for a house or condo and sleep up to 8 i think. I'll have to research that a little. this is a central location for the people in So cal, Nor cal and Oregon and the mid west.

I agree with SS8. Lake Tahoe would be a great place. A nice central location for the west coaster, and even close for NV, Utah, and Idaho folk! I need to start a thread for it to see who is interested.

The timeshare thing is out for Tahoe BUT we could easily rent a house in the summer season for a 4 day weekend and if enough people show up we would pay WAY less than a hotel room. start up that thread Stuka!

An East Coast Gathering (E.C.G.) would be great, even as a warm up to a national event. Hell, we could start small this year and work up to something bigger. A few of us have talked about going to VIR in August to see some races. I think it's a good first step.

Why not just all meet at SBNW and have our own get together there?

Im thinking the same thing. When I posted I wasn't thinking Lake Tahoe or East coast / West coast. we could plan a meet for Saturday or Sunday in stevenson during the SBNW event so that people that are at the event can show up and people that dont attend the 4 day festevities can show up as well. it would be really cool to see a boat load of VFRs in one place. if this sounds like a good Idea I will scout out a good parking lot to meet at.
