I owned a Kawasaki Concours 14 and I can tell you the VFR has similar ergos. If you are looking to find a bike that fits your tall frame you will be hard pressed to find a bike with a sporting natue that will fit you as well as the VFR. All of the, full sport, sport bikes are very tight and even with my 5' 10" frame can feel cramped on a 1000cc sport bike.

If you look in my gallery, you can see me on my 5g. Also SLOav8r is taller than me. I'm 6'1 and I bet he's 6'3" and I think he still runs the stock clipons...

The guy I bought my '00 from is about 6'3". He bought the VFR because the CBR was too small for him. He siad the VFR fit him perfectly.

I am 6'3" check out the my gallery or the video link in my signature. The bike fits me great.
I feel your pain though, on a R6 or CBR600 I look like the jolly green giant.

I'm 6'-6" and 235 pounds and on my second VFR. I'm also 49 years old and the bike still feels fine.

Wow, I guess this bike is bigger than I thought.
I sat on on at a D/ship a few years ago but can't remember how it felt.

6'7" and 300+ lbs here. no pics, but this bike fits me like a glove bone stock. i've debated putting on lowering blocks for the pegs, but honestly, i can go 300+ miles in one day and feel just fine afterwards.

i upgraded to the VFR specifically for the ergos. it's the only bike that fits both my riding style (mostly commuter with weekend canyon runs) and my frame without dropping heavy coin on a Bimmer or going more towards the adventure bike end (V-Strom, Tiger, etc).

    just do it!
