PI shows how clever MM has become, he's more than just a fast rider, he's come leaps and bounds from his crash prone rookie season. He knows and openly admits when he's not the faster rider and knows how to overcome the speed difference. I have to say though, there were a lot of impressive rides this race. Even Zarco did well on his first time on a Honda, JL finished way at the back and I believe over a minute behind the race leaders! Not sure if he's just trying to make Honda fire him or if he really is struggling. Perhaps his back braking crash has him overly cautious. With that though, Crutchlow admitted he was a bit frightened to race at PI this weekend because of his near career ending crash last year, yet he overcame his fears and look where he finished. Hats off to Iannone, he did an excellent job on what has been an under performing bike all season.
